CANCELLATION POLICY

The hotel deducts 1 night's stay in case of no-show or late cancellation of the reservation - less than 24 hours before 12 noon of the arrival date.

The settlement of a citizen of the Russian Federation is carried out on condition that the consumer presents a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 No. 1853.

Children's accommodation: Children up to and including 6 years old stay with their parents in the beds available in the room for free. Breakfast for children up to and including 6 years old is provided free of charge. Children from 7 to 12 years old inclusive stay with their parents in the beds available in the room for free. Breakfast for a child from 7 to 12 years old is provided for an additional fee of 1,500 rubles per day. Children over the age of 13 live on the same terms as adults. Breakfast is provided for an additional fee of 3,000 rubles per day.

Regardless of the age of the child, an extra bed is available on request for an additional fee of 2,500 rubles per day. A baby cot for children up to and including 3 years old is available on request in rooms of all categories at no extra charge.

Guarantees of payment for services: The Hotel reserves the right to demand payment guarantees directly from the Guests in respect of all additional services that are paid for by the Guests. At the time of the Guest's arrival, the Hotel has the right to request a deposit, which guarantees payment of additional expenses of the Guest during the stay, in the amount of 5 000 rubles per room. The specified deposit will be refunded after payment of the costs of providing additional services and any other charges charged in connection with the registration of foreign Guests, as well as additional requests from the Guest, in particular, for driver services, food ordering and other Hotel services.

Parking: There is an underground secure parking on site. The cost of a parking space is 4 600 rubles per day. Advance booking is required.
